Adjusting Privacy Settings for Member Area Access

To access our member area, your web browser (such as Internet Explorer - IE) needs to be set to standard, default privacy settings. If you are having trouble accessing the member area using your email address and zip code, please first check to see that your privacy settings are set correctly.

NOTE: Other browsers other than Internet Explorer can be set using a similar method.

1) In the upper left corner of your browser window, go to "Tools" and select "Internet Options." (see figure below)





2) Then, click on the "Privacy" tab. (see figure below)





3) Finally, make sure the slider is set no higher than "Medium." (see figure below)





4) If you made a change, click "Apply" then "Okay" at the bottom of the window. Otherwise, click "Okay" to exit.

If you are still having trouble logging in after making these adjustments, please submit a Lost Login request on the Member Area login page so we can check your information and membership status.
