Treatment for spondyloarthritis is not one-size-fits-all. Medication helps many manage their disease, while others see improvement from making lifestyle changes. Doctors agree that the best course of action is crafting an individualized treatment plan that best suits your needs, and can include elements of both – a combination of lifestyle and medical approaches. But what is most effective? And where should you begin? The Spondylitis Association of America invites you to join us for our webinar, “What Lifestyle Medicine Offers for Spondyloarthritis.
