On Wednesday, August 26th, 2020, the Spondylitis Association of America hosted a Facebook Live program called, “Staying Active with Spondyloarthritis (In the Midst of a Pandemic, and Anytime).” Exercise has been shown to be one of the most beneficial lifestyle treatments for spondyloarthritis (SpA), helping to improve posture, stiffness, pain, fatigue, and mobility. In this dynamic live video, certified personal trainer and fellow SpA warrior Alex Levine discussed the benefits of exercise for those living with SpA, how we can incorporate more movement into our days, and how his own SpA diagnosis has informed his life and exercise routine.
