Jill Miller is a passionate advocate and thought leader on increasing economic mobility for workers and underrepresented entrepreneurs. After 20 years of experience in Enterprise Business Development, she has turned her focus to creating partnerships and innovations that promote decent work and economic growth across ecosystems.

She is the Founder and CEO of LUNUM, a people company humanizing data that is enabling Business Diversity. In addition, she created and delivers the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago's Breedlove Entrepreneurship Center curriculum that accelerates later-stage Black female entrepreneurs through education, access to networks, and capital.

She is currently a member of the 17 Rooms Initiative, a partnership between the Center for Sustainable Development at Brookings and The Rockefeller Foundation that is an experimental method for advancing the economic, social, and environmental priorities embedded in the world’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She is a member of Room 8 focused on progress related to UN SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth.

Jill lives in Evanston, IL with her two amazing daughters, practices yoga regularly, loves to travel, meet new people, and inspires them to take the chance to forge new connections. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Spondylitis Association of America, she works to improve outcomes for people affected by Spondylarthritis & is the host of Spondycast, a podcast dedicated to inspiring and informing the Spondylitis Community.
