perfect time for me

This came at perfect time for me. Learned alot from this session Thank you I will be looking for other alternatives to medications.

Suggestion aromatherapy also I find along with meditation is very relaxing and calms me down when the pain effects my emotions thank you I look forward to listening and reading the other sessions Theresa
