The Spondylitis Association of America is proud to partner with the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) on their free patient education program, Self-Care in the Time of COVID-19 for People with Inflammatory Arthritis: A Discussion with the Experts taking place Thursday, October 22nd, 2020 from 3pm-4:15pm PT/6pm-7:15pm ET.
From HSS:
As people are spending more time at home and physically distancing, it’s important to know about effective strategies to help manage your inflammatory arthritis (spondyloarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis), maintain muscle and joint health, and reduce stress and anxiety.
Please join us online for a panel discussion with a rheumatologist, a physical therapist, and a clinical social worker to explore these important issues – and learn best practices for maintaining physical and emotional wellbeing. The program will be followed by a Q&A session.
